ManyChat's own software subscription is separate and billed to your card, starting around $15/mo and scaling with your contacts.
How fast am I live?
Within 72 hours of you submitting your intake form. If you ever want to test new language or fix something, I make edits live within 24 hours.
What if I'm not live in 72 hours?
Then you don't pay the build fee. If your automation isn't live within 72 hours of your form submission, I refund your $97 build fee in full, no questions asked.
How can I send you updates or changes?
I will provide a change form for you to fill out. Your requests come straight to me, I make the changes, and you are notified as soon as they are complete.
How do I cancel if I need to?
Email hello@digitallysb.com anytime and let me know you'd like to cancel. Send it at least 7 days before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You'll get written confirmation within 2 business days, so you always know it went through. No forms, no phone tree, just a real email to a real person.
